IP Gateway Lawyers is headed by Mark Metzeling a qualified solicitor who has a Masters of Intellectual Property Laws, a Masters of Laws and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Biochemistry) and is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland, the High Court of Australia (and the underlying courts in those jurisdictions, including the Federal Court of Australia).  Mark is a recognised expert in brand protection and securing trade mark rights.
