Michelle is a well-regarded member of the trade mark profession with more than 25 years’ experience in the field. Michelle began her career working at one of Brisbane’s leading IP firms before joining IP Gateway in 2007.

Michelle’s practice involves working with and assisting local and multinational clients of all sizes and from a wide range of industries to protect their valuable IP rights. Michelle has extensive experience assisting clients in Australia and overseas with conducting clearance searches, filing and prosecuting trade mark applications, maintaining trade mark watches, opposition and removal proceedings, as well as trade mark enforcement and dispute resolution.
Her wealth of experience has provided her with a sound understanding of filing strategies and the various prosecution procedures involved. Michelle’s broad experience working with a diverse group of businesses coupled with her research skills and strategic thinking, make her an integral member of the trade mark team managing large trade mark portfolios for multinational corporations.
