As Principal of the firm, Wayne has established a service culture that is based on regular personal contact, accessibility and relationship building. Our clients view this culture, which is integral to the entire IP Gateway team, as a real strength and differentiator.

Matthew (Matt) has extensive experience dealing with clients of all sizes ranging from private individuals and start-up businesses to large national and multinational corporations. He understands well how people’s needs vary according to the size and nature of their business, and how this affects the way in which they can best leverage value from their IP.

Michelle is a Registered Trade Marks Attorney in Australia and New Zealand and a valued member of IP Gateway’s trade mark team. Michelle is a well-regarded member of the trade mark profession with more than 25 years’ experience in the field. Michelle began her career working at one of Brisbane’s leading IP firms before joining IP Gateway in 2007.

Stuart is a registered Australian and New Zealand patent attorney and a senior member of the profession with over 26 years’ IP experience practicing in all areas of the life sciences sector. Stuart has a B.Sc. (hons.) from Murdoch University in the areas of microbial biochemistry and genetics and a Ph.D. from the University of Western Australia in the areas of molecular biology and immunology.

Daniel’s decades of experience and his qualifications and background in UK, European and Australian Patent Law provide Daniel with the depth and understanding required to provide his clients with insightful and timely advice, both in Australia and overseas.
