Michelle began her career working at one of Brisbane’s leading IP firms and is now a well-regarded member of the trade mark profession with more than 20 years’ experience in the field. Michelle is also currently completing a Master of Intellectual Property at the University of Technology Sydney.

Michelle’s practice encompasses the filing and prosecution of trade mark applications in Australia and overseas with an emphasis on building trade mark assets, including filing International applications via the Madrid Protocol. Her wealth of experience has provided her with a sound understanding of filing strategies and the various prosecution procedures involved.
Michelle’s broad experience working with a diverse group of businesses coupled with her research skills and strategic thinking, make her an integral member of the trade mark team managing large trade mark portfolios for multi-national corporations.
